Brandon and Bibi

A few weeks ago I posted a sneak peak to a wedding Simon and I photographed. Here are some more images from that wedding. And now I will shut up and let you look at some pictures…

Jamey Johnson

A couple weekends back when Simon and I were up in Minneapolis shooting Brandon and Bibi’s wedding we also hooked up with Christ Church Internantional to make some images for their new website. After shooting Sunday morning at the church we went out with Jamey Johnson, shot a bit on the street and got some tea at the tea garden. This was my first time meeting Jamey, but he was very fun to work with, and a great soul. He shared many encouraging things with Simon and I. He is the type of person that really gets you pumped up…

Thank you Jamey Johnson. Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot on the street.

Valentines Day Wedding – Brandon And Bibi first look

I have a lot of editing to do for the Valentines Day wedding Simon and I shot. It was a ton of fun. We packed more shooting in on Sunday shooting a bunch for a local church to use on a new website they are developing. Actually, it was the same church that the wedding was held at. The wedding was in Minneapolis Minnesota, so it was a packed weekend of traveling and shooting. We did a pre-ceremony shoot with everyone at the Minneapolis Sculpture Gardens. We were kind of held hostage by the cold, so we shot everything in a small greenhouse type thing the sculpture gardens had. It was mighty cold outside, and not really fit for a bride and bridesmaids in dresses. Oh well, that is what it is all about, making due with what you have, and still making the best images you can. So with all that being said, I am going to leave you with a first look at the wedding (unless you already checked out Simon’s blog, he beat me to it and posted one of his shots already…). I really like this shot, plus it was the first time I got to play around with this lens, the 45mm TS.

Thank you Brandon and Bibi for letting us be a part of your day.
