Valo Street Team – Karli

Oooookay! Here is the full post.  Karli is a part of our Street Team and she is gonna get some really sweet stuff to pass out to rep Valo.  We had a lot of fun running around outside, downtown, and the lakefront and were able to get some fantastic photos.  We still have room for one or two other people on our Street Team, so if your interested, shoot us an email.

Valo Photography is looking for a few juniors to help us spread the word about our senior photos by being a part or our Street Team in their school. We are looking for a team of two seniors from each high school who are involved in activities and have a great individual style. Valo photography is edgy, modern, and cool and we want juniors who reflect us and to be our face in their school. Your photos will be used to advertise our studio on our website and in print.

What’s in it for you?
1 – You get 75% off of the top photo session with Valo photography. That is $375 that you save.
2 – You will get sweet cards to pass out at school or wherever you and your friends hang out. The cards will have a code that will be individualized to you so that we know when you refer people because…
3 – Everyone you send our way will get you entered another time into a drawing for a Nintendo Wii, Gift Cards, and Prints that will be drawn monthly.
4 – You will also get a 50% discount on the prints that you order and once the senior season is over (November) we will give you any large prints we make of you, some of which are valued over $100.

All right, all right… by now you are probably wondering how you can get in on this sweet deal. Next week we will have a sheet that you can download from our site, fill out, and mail/email back to us. We will contact the senior that we select and set up a time in March/April to shoot your photos.

So keep checking our blogs next week for your chance to be a part of the Valo Street Team.

If you are not a senior, not in high school, but know someone who is a Junior, we would appreciate it if you sent them on over to check out the site.

Senior Photos – Pt. 2

Yesterday I posted an old senior photo of myself. Kinda scary. Here is one more for your enjoyment and one from Teecycle Tim. He emailed me one of his senior photos (which is amazing)! It is really interesting to see how photos have changed throughout the years and what is considered creative and artistic.

Behold, the Tim:

And here is one of mine. Lots of energy in this one… check out the backdrop:

Mind blowing right? Well here is a taste of the senior photos I shoot:

Class of 2010 Listen Up!

Aight… here is the deal. Senior photo season is going to be kicking off pretty soon and I am super excited.

I am going to be looking for a few seniors to rep Valo Photography and our work at their local high school.

I will be posting more info on how you can get some pretty sweet perks and awesome photos to boot. I will have more information on being a part of our Street Team on Thrusday night, so keep your eyes peeled.

Till then, I am going to post one of MY old senior photos. I found them lying around in my basement (Class of ‘01 Baby!!)
